What is Speaking Hill?
Speaking Hill is a forest on a hill in Bittangala, Coorg, Karnataka. It is a new concept to protect and preserve the forest yet enjoy it. On the Hill there will be 30 villa plots of approximately 10,000sft plot sizes available on sale with a permitted built up area of 1950sft. The maximum number of floors permitted is two. Investors will have access on the foot of the Hills to a restaurant, swimming pool, well furnished cottages for guests, fishing, an art village, a library, guided treks, local customs and festival celebrations every evening, cuisine classes of local delicacies, etc.
