What causes a negative haunting?
As the expression goes, “Like attracts like” and negative energies are attracted to negative energies. Put this way, a person living in a house who is a rapist, murder, thief, ect, will cast off negative energies that will become residue energies after that person moves out of that house or dies. The spirit of that person may stay around, causing a haunting, or someone may buy the house who is just as negative to keep those energies becoming recharged. If someone buys that house who has very positive energies will most likely over load those negative energies like putting a 120 into a 210 plug or the negative spirit will hit the “road” by just commanding it to leave or being persona non grata (not welcome here).
