Hi Mischa! Yes dreams come true; in fact all dreams come true, but not always the way you saw things in the dream. There are essentially two types of dreams. Those that come true literally, (or very close to it) as you will have seen yourself, and those that come true figuratively. Dreams, like our everyday speech, use figures of speech or metaphors. Both will use the same metaphors. What is not the same however is the way they are being used by the two. While in waking we speak and say: “I have fallen in love!” the dream has us actually falling from a great height to show us that things are no longer the same humdrum way with us. The fall in the dream is meant to show us that we have lost our footing; that we are no longer in control; that life has taken on a wild phase. In waking we do not need an interpretation of such a fall. If we say: “I have fallen in love!” no one will say: “Did you hurt yourself when you fell?” In the dream on the other hand we think this metaphor is weird or
