What is Fit Kid Boot Camp?
Fit Kid Boot Camp is a fitness boot camp for kids ages 8-12. We offer a safe and fun way for your kids to get and/or stay active and healthy. What happens at Fit Kid? We have fun! The kids will have a blast doing fun activities and workouts that challenge their bodies but keep them smiling. Remember, it is our goal to get your child to LOVE working out 🙂 We will expose your child to various age appropriate workouts involving balance, agility, strength, flexibility, core and cardiovascular training. The last 10 minutes of each session will be spent in a fun and interactive group discussion about fitness and health with topics such as healthy nutrition and muscle identification. Does my child need to be an athlete? NO! Fit Kid Boot Camp is the perfect alternative for the many, many young people out there who do not play organized sports. Of course, the camp is also a great way for off season athletes to stay in shape. Is exercise really that important? EVERYONE needs to be physically ac
