The Real Estate Data Exchange, (REDX) established in 2003 by Teranet Services Inc. (“TSI”) is an information service provider to the mortgage and financial services industries in Canada. The Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders (CIMBL) endorsed the REDX Public Service as a cost-effective tool that companies can use to monitor the status of financial services professionals in their supply chain.
