JRE stands for Java Runtime Environment, and it’s the Java platform of SUN. This platforms enables users to work with a software independent of their operating system (e.g. Windows, Linux, Mac). UltraMixer requires Java 1.5.0 or higher to be executable. In case Java isn’t installed on your system, you either need to download UltraMixer ‘incl. Java’ or to download Java JRE 1.5 directly at http://www.java.com.
