As a daycare consultant for new and existing daycares nationwide, the question of play surface is so important. Wags & Wiggles offers 3/4″ rubber matting for cushioned safe & sanitary play. This product is endorsed by the American Kennel Club and has been used at their agility nationals for the last two years. Our indoor mats have been professional sealed and our outdoor mats are hosed down and disinfected every single day. When we first started we had concrete floors. We quickly realized that this just wasn’t safe with dogs sliding into each other and the urine permeating the porous floor. Other rubber products were inferior in providing the cushioning and support that the 3/4″ matting provides. We installed rubber matting several years ago and the difference was amazing.
