On the PC, any software plug-in that conforms to the Microsoft Active Movie specification (such as those from Waves and Sonic Foundry) will work. Future support will include those plug-ins that are written to the DirectX Windows 98 specification, which implements real-time operation. We are actively working with third-party developers to insure that Layla will be fully compatible with all plug-ins from major vendors.
