Applications to NHS RECs are now made to the National Research Ethics Service (formerly COREC). This is done by completing an online application form, now available from the Integrated Research Application System at https://www.myresearchproject.org.uk/, and following the instructions given there. Further guidance can be found on the WYMHRD Consortium’s website listed above.
