When you run out of pink pills (after 21 days of taking them), you’ll have a week of green pills. The green pills are “inactive”–basically, that means they contain no medicine, no hormones, nothing. They’re there to help you to get into the habit of taking one pill each day. You don’t *have* to take them, since they have no effect–just be sure to mark on the calendar when to start taking your next month of pink pills, if you elect to not take the green pills. Then, just repeat these instructions every 28 days!
