• Take your pipe, and measure 7.5 cm from one end of the pipe. Mark that place with a dot using your marker. It will become your blowing hole. • Make another mark with your marker at about 5 cm from the area marked for the blowing hole. Drill a 6-6.5 mm hole in this place. Sandpaper it until smooth, and cover with a thin square of tracing paper. You can either glue or tape this on. If you have a special flute membrane called dimo, you can also use that instead of the tracing paper. • Make another mark every 5 centimetres until you make 6 more marks. These marks will be where you will drill the finger holes, so mark sure they are in a straight line. • Using your drill, drill a 5-6 mm hole in all the marked spots. • Sandpaper all the finger holes and the blowing hole. The holes should be smooth and round when you are finished. • Gently sandpaper away all the remaining rough areas of your flute due to drilling. • Wash your flute thoroughly. Now you are ready to play your flute. Holding yo
