Yes. When you log in, you will see various modules. With the exception of the Announcement modules, you can add or remove modules, or even move them around. You also can personalize some of them. For example, you can customize the weather module so that it shows the weather information for the cities you select. In the same manner, you can personalize the News, Bookmarks, and so on.
