How do I boost a coworkers morale?
Lunch DateApproach the coworker and ask him to lunch. Do not say that the reason for the lunch is to boost morale; the lunch invitation will appear too contrived. Allot enough time so the lunch will not be rushed. Choose a place not on the company’s premises. During the lunch, allow him to vent and air his grievances. Ask the coworker what he could do within the current job or outside of the work environment to make the situation better.
