Segue’s portfolio of completed projects geographically blankets the Greater Bay Area, from Watsonville and Vista Point Apartments in the South, to Napa and Calistoga in the North. This includes over four thousand completed apartments, serving family, senior, assisted living and SRO communities, nearly all constructed under negotiated general contracts. Construction type is primarily Type V wood frame, with a mix of both low-density garden style and high-density urban configurations over one and two story concrete garages. Segue’s staff is composed exclusively of seasoned multi-family professionals, and its organization assures principal participation through both the pre-construction and construction phases.
