Is Plano Texas a good place to live?

0

Plano is a great place to live. It has something for everyone, from families to young professionals. The city is ideally located a short drive north of Dallas, and affords easy access to major highways traveling north and south, or east and west. There’s great places to eat and shop on the west side, or if you go a few minutes north into Allen. Plano also has a really good Parks and Recreation department, and there’s lots to do. Parts of it still have the suburb feel, but it has grown tremendously in the last 10 years, giving it big city conveniences and big city headaches. It is a little expensive in some areas, and the traffic can get pretty bad during commuting hours. Schools are great, but if you go 10 minutes north to McKinney or northwest to Frisco, they’re better.
