Do Chaplains push religion?
No. Our staff is sensitive to any need employees may have. Our Company Care Program is based on the military chaplain model, a neutral, nurturing and always available care giving concept. Our staff focus on helping the employee and their families better manage stress and personal life issues. However, if an employee or their family member request Spiritual assistance, our staff is well equipped to help them.
