What is KFNs distribution policy?
We expect to make quarterly distributions to our shareholders, however, the actual amount and timing of distributions is at the discretion of our board of directors and may not be in even amounts throughout our fiscal year. Our primary dividend objective is to pay out a distribution level that at a minimum approximates the estimated tax liability of our shareholders based on our estimated annual taxable income. Our existing senior secured credit facility currently limits our payment of distributions to 65% of estimated taxable income.
