What is PhysioEx?
PhysioEx consists of nine laboratory simulations and a histology slide tutorial. The lab simulations can be used to supplement wet labs, allowing students to conduct experiments that may be difficult to perform in a wet lab due to time, cost, or safety concerns. PhysioEx also allows students to repeat experiments as often as they like changing parameters along the way without harming any live specimens. In addition, the histology slide tutorial gives students access to a rich database of histology slides, which they can study with or without labels, view at various magnifications, and move around as though the slides were being examined through a microscope.
