If you have an S60 device, to turn on or off predictive text input, select Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Personalisation > Language > Predictive text > On/Off. Note: · In some S60 device models, predictive text input is called Dictionary. · In some device models (for example, N95, N95 8GB, and N70), to turn predictive text input on or off when writing text, press the edit key on the keypad. If you have an S40 device, to turn predictive text input on or off, select Menu > Messaging > Create message > Text message, then place the cursor to the text field, and select Options > Prediction on/Prediction off.
