How is cash rake calculated?
Rake/rakeback in cash games is calculated using the Weighted Contributed method. This is designed to fairly reward players depending on how much they contribute to a raked pot. Regardless of the number of players dealt into a hand, only those who have put money into a pot will be credited with rakeback, based on the % of the pot they put in. Example: The total pot is $100 and you put $40 in, player B puts $40 in, and player C puts $20 in. $3 gets raked. Both you and player B get credited for $1.20 (40% of $3) and player C gets credited for $0.60 (20% of $3).
