Who is leading SEGUE?
Rob Matchett – Director. Rob hails from Katy, TX, with his wife, Misti, and 3 kids, where he was on church staff as the Small Group Pastor. Before that he was the Spiritual Life Director at Houston Baptist University. He graduated from Stephen F Austin University and Southwestern Seminary and has done doctoral work at Gordon-Conwell Seminary. On top of directing SEGUE, he also teaches discipleship classes. Misti Matchett – Assistant Director. Misti is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 14 years of experience, both in private practice and on staff at Houston Baptist University. She has obtained degrees from Texas Tech University and Southwestern Seminary. She has experience leading worship and plays an important role in the worship component of SEGUE. Amy Welch – Ministry Coordinator. Amy graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in May 2008 with a degree in Christian Studies.
