What is Advanced Query?
Advanced Query enables users to query with a collection of individual biosets to derive a consensus gene signature and/or discover sets of commonly regulated biogroups. This allows you to identify the most consistently and highly regulated genes across multiple biosets. Biosets can be mixed and matched from both your private data library as well as the NextBio public library. The current advanced query allows users to search up to 50 biosets at a time.
