Why can I select a resolution higher then 300 dpi; the product information states an enhanced resolution of 1200?
Most likely you are using the Step-by-Step option to scan which only provides three resolution settings. To select a higher resolution than 300 dpi, scan using the Expert option. • Why do I have difficulty printing?
