When we started recycling (and even still), we had the same problem of having to bring our recycle to a certain location. We did this instead of paying to have a service pick it up. One of the places to recycle was close to where I grocery shopped on a regular basis, so that helped a lot. I knew I could drop off recycle about once a week when I’d be in that area.
