What happens with Pinocchio lies?
When Pinocchio lies, his nose grows long and the only way to shorten it in to tell the truth. After Pinocchio gets caught by evil people and runs away to safety, he returns home and tries to find his father, the old man who made Pinocchio. However, he realizes that his father was eaten by a big whale and so goes to rescue him. They end up on a shore after they were coughed out by the whale. Pinocchio seems to have died rescuing his dad, but is restored to life and changes him into a real boy.
