    Best Cookie Recipe – Peanut Butter Cookie
     
    Serves: 4 to 5
    Ingredients
     
    1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter
    1 ½ cup of Sugar
    2 Whole White Eggs
    1/2 cup of Peanut Butter
    2 cups of All Purpose Flour
    1 teaspoon of Salt
    1/2 cup of Roasted Unsalted Peanuts
     
    Directions
    • Preheat the oven at 360 degree F.
    • Get unsalted butter in a big mixing bowl. Make sure it has been kept at room temperature, so that you can easily use it.
    • Add in sugar and mix it with butter.
    • Add whole white eggs in to this mixture and beat it.
    • Mix in the readymade peanut butter in to this mixture and beat it until it gets mix in real well.
    • Start adding the all purpose flour in to this mixture and keep the beating continues, so that there is no lump behind.  Add salt and mix it.
    • Put a pan on a stove over medium heat and roast the peanuts for about ten minutes, so that it gets good crunch.
    • Let it cool for few minutes and add these roasted peanuts in to the peanut butter cookie mixture.
    • Cover the mixture and refrigerate it for about three to four hours before using it.
    • Get a baking tray and apply either butter or cooking spray on it, so that your peanut butter cookie mixture doesn’t get stuck on it.
    • Make small round balls and press it with the help of your palms. Or, you can roll the cookie dough with the help of rolling pin on flat surface.
    • You can cut it in various shapes with the help of readymade cookie molds that you can find directly from the store.
    • Make sure to keep some space between each cookie as they would get bigger in size as the baking process would start.
    • Put the baking tray in to the oven and let it bake for about ten to fifteen minutes. Lower the temperature from 360 degree F. to 350 degree F.
    • If you see that the peanut butter cookies are starting to get light golden color on top of it then takes it out.
    • Serve it warm or cool as per your like.
    Best Cookie Recipe – Sweet Lemon Cookies
     
    Serves: 4 to 5
    Ingredients
     
    1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter
    1 ½ cup of Brown Sugar
    2 Whole Eggs
    2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
    1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
    1 ½ teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
    1 ½ tablespoon of Fresh Lemon Juice
    1 teaspoon of Lemon Zest
    1 teaspoon of Cardamom Powder
    2 cups of All Purpose Flour
     
    Direction
     
    • Preheat the oven at 360 degree F.
    • In large mixing bowl, add unsalted butter. It should be kept at room temperature ahead of time, so  that you can mix it with other ingredients very easily.
    • Add brown sugar and whole white eggs. Stir it until you see that all the ingredients are finely mixing with each other.
    • Add baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Give it a quick stir and mix it.
    • Get fresh lemon juice and lemon zest from the lemons and add it to the sweet lemon cookie mixture.
    • Add cardamom powder and all purpose flour little by little. Beat all these ingredients together.
    • Let this sweet lemon cookie mixture chill in the refrigerator for about three to four hours.
    • Take it out and roll it on a flat surface with the help of rolling pin.
    • Cut it in to desired shapes or you can make round balls and directly put it on a greased baking tray.
    • Put the greased baking tray in to the oven and cook it for about ten to fifteen minutes.
    • Lower the temperature before you put the baking tray to 350 degree F.
    • Check it after ten minutes. If you see the light brown color, take it out.
    • Serve it warm or cool.
    Top Dessert Recipe – Coffee Cake
     
    Serves: 4 to 5
    Ingredients
     
    Sponge Cake
    1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter
    1/2 cup of All purpose Flour
    1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
    1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
    4 Whole Brown Eggs
    1 cup of Brown Sugar
    1/4 cup of Water
    3 tablespoon of Coffee Powder
    1/2 cup of Chocolate Chips
     
    Icing
    1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter
     3/4 cup of Icing Sugar
    Coffee Liquid
     
    Directions
     
    • Preheat the oven at 365 degree F.
    • In one mixing bowl, add the unsalted butter and all purpose flour. Mix it well.
    • Add baking soda and baking powder in to that mixture. Give it a quick stir.
    •  Get two other mixing bowls. Get the eggs one by one and divide the egg white as well as egg yolk in to those two different mixing bowls.
    • Get the egg yolk mixture and whisk it well. Add sugar little by little until it mixes really well with the egg yolk. The texture of egg yolks and sugar should be creamy.
    • Obtain another mixing bowl filled with egg whites. Beat the egg whites until it gets fluffy as well as hard kind of texture.
    • In another small bowl, pour in the water. Add the coffee powder and stir it until it dissolves in to the water.  Your coffee flavored liquid is ready.
    • Now, get the mixing bowl of unsalted butter and all purpose flour. Add egg yolks in to that. Fold it gradually.
    • Add egg whites in to that mixture. Fold in very slowly. Make sure you don’t over do it.
    • Add half of the coffee liquid in to the cake mixture. Give it a quick stir.
    • Add chocolate chips in to that mixture. Adding chocolate chips is optional.
    • Apply the butter or cooking spray on to the baking cake pan and pour in the cake mixture.
    • Lower the temperature of oven from 365 to 350 degree F. Cook the cake for about 35 to 40 minutes.
    • Check by poking in the knife to see if anything sticks to it or comes out clean. If it comes out clean, your cake is properly baked.
    •  While the cake is cooking, prepare your icing for the coffee cake. For the icing, get the unsalted butter in to a mixing bowl and add icing sugar in to that.
    • Add half of the remaining coffee liquid in to the mixing bowl. Whisk all the ingredients until it gets smooth creamy texture.
    • Let it chill in refrigerator for about one to two hours for better thick consistency.
    • Check it on the cake, if ready then take it out. Let it cool before applying any icing on it. Because, warm cake can melt the icing.
    • Once the coffee cake is chilled enough, cut it in to two equal parts from the middle.
    • Take the icing out from the refrigerator and apply on the middle part of the cake as well as all over the cake’s exterior.
    • You can garnish it by sprinkling some chocolate chips on top of it.
    • Serve it cool.
