Does Coke get rid of lice?
No, Coke won’t get rid of anything but thirst. You need a commercial product, used twice, once to kill the lice, then again at the interval stated on the packaging to kill the eggs which have since hatched but have not yet laid new eggs. At the same time, you need to discard your pillow and launder the sheets, blanket, comforter, etc. in hot water. If you have decorative pillows or stuffed animals on the bed, they’re suspect–bag them and keep them elsewhere for a while, then check for lice.. If you’ve had lice this long, your clothes, including your coat and hat, also need to be laundered or dry cleaned, or you’ll just reinfect yourself. It’s a major pain, but it’s the only way to get rid of them.
