Mystery shopping is one of many tools that international brands use to measure their own level of service, to reward and/or improve there staff and in turn their customer service. A Helion Evaluator is a Mystery shopper. A Helion Evaluator acting as normal customer performing specific tasks—such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complaints or behaving in a certain way – and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences. As a Helion Evaluator, you would have a large selection of different types of services to evaluate for a large number of clients, ranging from supermarkets to airlines by posing as a day to day customer.
