What is the going rate for grazing land?
the rate is whatever the owner wants, there are also some strange an ancient laws regarding grazing horses, we only let our friend rent the stables and use the fields by agreement, no paid for, otherwise they in theory could gain ownership after 7 years, thats was legal advice told us, also grazing horses uninterupted gives the land building rights, its a minefield leasing land to people, and not worth the hassle youd be lucky to find some who wants to lease you land, at just over £100 per month, I’d count myself luck, if you cant afford £50 per horse per month, you need to reconsider ownership
