A. The Colonix fiber contains 1/3 insoluble and 2/3 soluble fiber. Psyllium is the main ingredient in the fiber; 73% is psyllium and the remaining 27% is made up of a combination of other herbs. Psyllium is a natural bulking agent which yields 60 to 70 percent soluble fiber eight times that of oat bran. Psyllium does the heavy-lifting in two parts: it swells into a spongy mass, absorbing fluids and toxins.
