Are WSIB clients accepted?
Yes. Due to WSIB only paying $24 per visit versus the normal fee of $50, clients will only be accepted if they sign an agreement of compliance which will state that should a client not be compliant with the physiotherapy treatment, including their home exercise program and other self management strategies or if a client no-show or cancels without 24 hours notice, the physiotherapist reserves the right to discharge the client and notify WSIB. The client will be responsible for the fee incurred for NO-SHOW (equivalent to the rate for REGULAR physiotherapy session) or cancellation without 24 hours notice ($25).
