Does anyone no how to use polymer clay?

I don’t know if she’s actually using *polymer* clay for these because she says they’re “not waterproof” and polymer clay would be waterproof. Air-dry clays wouldn’t be waterproof but these do look like they have been sealed (with a permanent clear polyurethane or something like that) so I’m not sure what she means by not waterproof (unless she used a sealer that isn’t *quite* as resistant to later moisture as others are). She also says the images are “completely sealed inside the pendant” which should protect them from water if they used non-permanent inks, and she also says the “other embellishments” are also completely sealed inside so there wouldn’t seem to be a problem with water (or falling off) either. Pendants like this *could* be made from various clays (including polymer clays) and in various ways though, but it’s hard to tell exactly which she used. It does look like she might have *painted* on her clay shapes though rather than using colored clays as one often does with poly
