CareSource Inc. is accredited by CHAP, the Community Health Accreditation Program, and has a professional Advisory Committee that oversees its clinical practices. At the time of admission, a nurse manager comes to your home and develops a care plan with you. The nurse manager orients the staff to your plan of care and performs routine supervisions.
