What is The S.A.S. Program?
Millikan Middle School is currently in its third phase of the SAS program. The program is designed to support and expand articulated Gifted/Talented programs in local schools throughout the district. It was developed to provide high-level academic programs that serve the educational needs of highly able learners within Sherman Oaks and the surrounding community. Students are accepted into the program based on a combination of their scores on standardize tests, grades, and teacher recommendation.
