InVicta Club, Inc., is a California Corporation, that combines, for the first time, the financial interests of golf club owners, golfers, and service providers under one company. Additional information is available under “The Company” section of the website or email questions to: Info@InVictaClub.com. The Company intends to file a public company registration statement with the Security and Exchange Commission in the near future allowing members to purchase certain equity memberships in the InVicta Club. In the meantime, the Company will only sell non-equity Founding Memberships. All Founding members will be given the opportunity to upgrade to equity memberships when they become available.
