What is a Stroboframe QRC?
A. A QRC is a Camera Auto Quick Release system. It is a compact, low-profile quick release that automatically docks and locks your camera or bracket to a tripod. It releases with a press of the locking lever. The QRC is also perfect for use with studio stand and copy stands. Compatible with Digital, 35mm and medium format cameras. The system consists of a QR Receiver, which is mounted to the tripod, and a QR Plate, which is attached to the camera. Many of our brackets have an Integral QR Plate built in. Q: I was looking to buy a Press-T and I have a Canon EOS 30D, and was wondering what plate would match. A: The proper anti-twist plate for your Canon 30D on a Stroboframe Press-T bracket would be the 300-SLR for the camera alone or the 300-BE1 if you’re using it with a battery pack.
