Slimming pills? Let’s be real, those hype ads on TV with the fast talking announcer that gives a spiel and then says, “But wait, if you call in the next fifteen minutes I’ll throw in a second bottle absolutely free!” is really saying, “This item is really a rip off so I’ll throw in this or that to make you feel better about giving up some of your hard earned bucks!” Those so-called “Cortisol” regulating pills you see advertized are total bunk! Cortisol is a hormone that is naturally produced in the adrenal glands of both genders. Unless you have a disease such as Cushing’s syndrome, Addison’s disease, a tumor, or another abnormal condition involving the adrenal gland or pituitary such non-FDA regulated pills are totally bogus. Under any circumstances they are a total rip off and you’d do better to give the money to a favorite charity rather than give it to such wealthy scammers.
