NBA games are typically a popular choice for video games and NBA Live 08 is no exception. Released by EA Sports, the game lets players play against each other, against the computer, online and with friends on the same team. The game also has a dunk contest, which awards players points based on the strength and type of dunk they make. Different dunks are possible by using different movements in the game. Push the “Right Trigger” and “Left Trigger” while holding the ball and moving towards the net. Then press the “B” button to do the flip dunk. Press the trick button (“B button”) as you spin the “Right stick” with the ball in your hand. During the dunk contest, this results in either a “720” or “540” dunk, both of which are worth at least 50 points. Hold the “B” button down as your player runs down the court. Then release the button and push it again, while also holding down the “Left Trigger.” Release both buttons when the player moves the ball through his legs for a high scoring dunk.
