Inform person of faculty member’s whereabouts- in class-not on campus, etc. Suggest ways to handle: (1) leave name/number and faculty member will call back; (2) Call faculty – leave message on voice mail; (3) Provide with faculty e-mail. In extreme emergency, call faculty at home-leave message.
