How Do You Install A Philips Plasma TV?
The majority of televisions in homes today are built around the cathode ray tube. With plasma televisions, the central element is the plasma in a fluorescent light made up of electrically charged ions and electrons that are free flowing and gaseous. The basic science of a plasma display is to illuminate tiny colored fluorescent lights to form an image. Each pixel has three fluorescent lights-red, green and blue. Select a location for the electrical outlet where your plasma television will be mounted. Turn off the power to the outlet you will move and cut a hole in the wall where you will install the new outlet. Drop a string from the new outlet hole to the old one and attach the line to the electrical wire-pull the electrical wire through to the new outlet. Install a new retrofit electric box that will be used to provide a power source to the plasma television. Isolate the wiring to the new outlet hole and connect it to the old wiring in the old outlet. Restore power to the new outlet
