What is in-service credit?
In-service credit is our district’s method for compensating in-house courses and activities (including conferences, outside workshops, courses & classes) that are pre-approved and directly linked to enhancing the employee’s job assignment. For specifics see Article 18 of the APTA collective bargaining agreement and Article 18 of the UPSEU collective bargaining agreement.
