Returns will only be accepted at Phylrich when accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (R.G.A.). All R.G.A. requests must be faxed with our invoice number and the reason for the return. Credit or replacement will be allowed only after careful inspection indicates a manufacturing defect or order error. Factory inspections are final.
