The NASA Test Facilities Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering Contract, or TFOME encompasses support services for operation of laboratories and test facilities at NASA Glenn Research Center’s Lewis Field and Plum Brook Station. These services include: 1. Testing Services – test planning, test preparation, test operations, and post test activities. 2. Development Services – facility, model/test apparatus, and flight hardware. 3. General & Institutional Services – operation of support facilities, maintenance and repair. Operations for TFOME will be phased in over several years as defined in the Statement of Work and summarized below: § Phase A – Consisted of the GRC Lewis Field contractor technical work. Phase A commenced at contract start March 1, 2005. § Phase B – Consisted of the GRC Lewis Field contractor engineering workforce. This responsibility wasintegrated into TFOME approximately April 2006. § Phase C – Consists of the GRC Plum Brook Station contractor workforce. This respo
