What is a beginner auction?
These auctions are intended for users who haven’t won an auction in the past, therefore these auctions allow a pre determined number of wins per user. When a win limit is reached a user is no longer allowed to participate in such auctions. The system updates the database of winners in intervals meaning a user may not be registered as a winner before at least five minutes have passed, sometimes even longer. The system may still allow users to participate in auctions even though they would have reached the limit however the system may block out a bidding user during mid auction after the database has been updated. Under such circumstances spent bids are not refundable.
