Is Alex a hosted (ASP) solution?
No. Alex is deployed on your server, behind your firewall, on your Intranet. Since it is not a “hosted” solution, you have complete control of your information. Hospitals have the option of exposing the solution to the Internet for remote users with passwords, but are more likely to run Alex exclusively on their own Intranet. However, we do have a hosted version (Alex Hosted Services) for smaller facilities that do not have the capabilities to manage their own data from a technological standpoint.
