What is Travel Sickness?
The technical interpretation is a condition in which there is a disagreement between ones visual and perceived movement. And now in plain language, it means what your body is feeling or sensing is different to what your eyes see. As a result of Travel Sickness your child may experience dizziness, fatigue or nausea just to name a few of the symptoms. There are many ways we can address travel sickness, from medications, to natural approaches to simply making changes to our environment. Ensure your kids can see out the window, so if they are a bit little to see out they may need a booster chair of some sort.
