What will happen to AWLP?
While no longer a “membership organization,” AWLP continues to be the WorldatWork entity that serves as the voice of the work-life field, advocating for work-life effectiveness as a business strategy. It remains the national center of work-life expertise that defines and recognizes innovation and best practice, and provides thought leadership. It continues to be the home of the 11-year-old Work-Life Innovative Excellence Award and the new Work-Life Rising Star recognition award, as well as the exclusive sponsor of the Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for Excellence in Work-Family Research. AWLP also serves as the focal point for National Work & Family Month, which it founded in 2003 by Congressional Resolution. So, AWLP is alive and well as a premium brand in the WorldatWork family and resides at the center of the WorldatWork total rewards model that we joined forces to redesign.
