What do the residences look like?
The residences are on campus, a few blocks from the building where classes are held. The residences are a short but strenuous 10-minute hike from the beach (Wreck Beach) and a 20-minute walk from the nearest shopping centre. The Student Union Building with a number of food outlets is about ten minutes from the residences. The bus loop is next to the Student Union Building. The program is normally housed in two houses of the Place Vanier Residence. These houses have a lounge on the main floor and a small kitchen and washrooms with showers in the middle of each floor. Residences have male and female floors and the students must use the appropriate washroom on their floor. Students are housed in single rooms.
