Can breech baby delay labor?
You know, I am not 100% sure whether or not it would delay labor to an unhealthy point. From what I do know it probably will not. There are a lot of things involved in the physiology of birth but I think that lung maturity among other factors is more the stimulus for labor than presentation. Edit: When labor does come, it will probably slow a vaginal birth because their is less direct pressure on the cervix, which would likely slow the dilation of the cervix.
