DLR is supported by three concessionaires who have designed, financed, built and now maintain the most recent extensions to the DLR network. City Greenwich Lewisham (CGL) Rail manage the Lewisham extension, while City Airport Rail Enterprises (CARE) is responsible for the London City Airport extension and Woolwich Arsenal Rail Enterprises (WARE) the Woolwich Arsenal extension.
